In the upcoming year, we would like to transform Quiescent into something so much better! More interactive, more interesting articles, etc. We are looking for one or two more dedicated writers to join our team! You must be able to propose new ideas and possibly interview fellow artists, but don’t worry, you wont have to produce more than two or three pieces an issue. If you are interested, please email us at info@quiescentmag.com; no formal resume required, just let us know why you think you’d fit the theme and with an example of your work or two!

Hello!  For this week, I will be featuring Alessio Albi Photography, based out of Perugia and Roma, Italy! Again, this artists’ stunning work can be found in a number of places and every image is stunning and imaginative.  The simplicity of the backdrops of each image draws the viewer in to focus solely on the characters and thus, the story is shared.  The colors used in the images are soft, subtle, but also stunningly rich at the same time.

Gorgeous lighting, fabulous tones, and great story lines make for a some lovely eye candy, so give Alessio some love on his Facebook page or Flickr page.
